Materials Needed:
Small amounts of DK yarn in the following colours: Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red
A 4mm circular knitting needle (a circular needle is recommended because the number of stitches rapidly grows and would be difficult to manage on a pair of straight needles).
Wool needle for sewing in ends.
Size:
9 inches wide, 7 inches high, depth of colour panel 3.5 inches
Extra Notes:
This is an easy-to-make pattern that uses garter stitch (knit every stitch on each row) and ten increases in each colour panel, creating the curve of the rainbow.
